Precautions for using a taper candle
- Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant support to avoid any risk of fire.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
- Do not leave a candle lit for more than 2/3 hours at a time.
- Keep out of reach of children and animals
- Keep it away from drafts, curtains or flammable objects.
- Trim the wick regularly to around 5mm to avoid a flame that is too high
- Always extinguish the candle by blowing it out gently or using a candle snuffer to avoid wax splashes.

1) Prepare the wick: take a cotton wick and dip its end into the sand, making sure that it is centered and straight, leaving 3mm of height.
2) Light the candle: Once the wick is properly positioned, light it like a regular candle. The flame burns gently, creating a soothing light.
3) Renewal: When the wick is completely consumed, simply gently remove the small cocoon of hardened wax that has formed around the base of the wick. Then dip a new wick into the sand and light it again.
Thanks to this system, your candle will be transformed into a magnificent wax tea light, bringing a decorative and warm touch to your interior.
Little tip: if your candle is scented, collect the small cocoon of hardened wax and melt it in a fragrance burner. Your cocoon will transform into a scented melt and will still diffuse its fragrance for a few hours.
Precautions for use:
Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface, ideally a bowl.
Be sure to push the wick well into the sand to prevent it from being too high and the flame starting to melt the edge of the wax pot.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Do not let the flame directly reach the edges of the wax container to prevent it from melting.
Always remove hardened wax before replacing a new wick to ensure optimal combustion.
